ouch my face (ouch YOUR face for not coming!)

I photographed Ouch My Face a couple of years ago at the Espy. I really liked the show - it was New Years eve and there were about 13 bands playing and they were one of the ones that stood out from the rest. It's not music I like really, but when it's done well, it's awesome.

It's a 3 piece, Ben Wundersitz, Steve Huf (last gig with the band) and Celeste Potter. They are fuckin screamy. And good! They played with 3 other bands, the first one I missed because I was on the wrong street looking for the venue - I'd like to blame drugs or Google Maps for this, but I think it may have been my fault.

Kids of Zoo were the first band I caught, pretty cool, nice and heavy, enjoyable.

Damn Terran were up next, also pretty good but there were extra points allowed for the good looking bass player, so... you know.

And Ouch My Face. A fuckin blast as always - no room for moving so I came away with about 200 photos from the same spot.
